It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Louis Phillips of Sonora, Kentucky, who passed away on April 25, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Alfred and Lillie Mae Phillips; his wife Sheila Goodin; his siblings, Billy, Tom, Fred, Ed, Wilbur Phillips, Ruby Martin, Josie Barbour, Wanda Phillips, Neva Phillips and Virginia Phillips; his grandchildren, Daylan Baker and Nevaeh Horne; and his close friends, Anita Lee, Kimbolyn Waddell and Paula Montgomery.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Phillips, Tara Baker (Harlan), Vanessa Reynolds, Tashia King (Bruce) and Myeshia Hardin (Atari); his siblings, Ken Phillips (Glenda), Richard Phillips, Pauline Morrison (John), Irene Barnett and Fannie Johnson; his stepchildren, Stephan Lee, Demetric Lee, Morah Lee and Jessica Lee; and his close friends, Stephanie Hagan and Lasondra Hobson. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
