He is survived by: his wife Ada Brown Sandfer; his children, Latessia Skaggs (Bryant) of Magnolia, Kevin Sandfer (Kristi) of Louisville and Kenny Sandfer of Sonora; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Lauran Skaggs, Austin, Baylee and Caden Beckman.
