He was predeceased by: his parents, Nova Hornback and Annie Hornback. He is survived by: his children, Tammula McClanahan (Kenneth) of Glendale, Norman Hornback (Greg) of Upton and Charnell Hornback of Upton. He is also survived by 7 grandkids, 7 great-grandkids, 3 sisters 1 brother and many other family members.
