She was predeceased by: her parents, James Boaz and Pauline Cave Boaz; and her brother James David Boaz. She is survived by: her children, Skipper Hatfield (Rita) of Elizabethtown, KY, Paulette Miller (George) of Eastview, KY, Melissa Meador of Sonora, KY and Jacque Wade of Sonora, KY; her grandchildren, Corey Miller (Krystal), Amber Stiles, David Meador II, Jacob Meador, Ruby Nicole "Nikki" Wade, Megan Goodman (Casey) and Casey Hatfield (Elise); and her great grandchildren, Aiden Miller, Kennidy Meador, Aven Meador, Knoxley Meador, Lane Goodman, Jack Goodman and Emrie Hatfield. She is also survived by loving mother who cared about her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family requests that every visitor wear a mask or face cover and practice social distancing.
