It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mitchell Doug Watts of Sonora, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 18, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Watts and Rudelle Watts. He is survived by: his wife Gerry Watts of Sonora, KY.; his sons, Bill Watts (Laura) and Jason Watts; his sister Frances Hatfield (Leon); and his grandchildren, Logan and Nick Watts. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, uncles, aunts, and many cousins.

The family request that the memorial contributions be give to the American Cancer Society.
