She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Sullivan and Gertrude Oldham Sullivan; her husband Adam Polly, Sr.; her children, Adam Polly, Jr., Raymond Polly, Gary Polly and Wynema Gibbons; her siblings, Billy Joe Sullivan, Harold Sullivan, Carol Sullivan, Bob Sullivan and Francis Sullivan; and her grandson Nathan House.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Polly of Sonora, KY, Danny Polly of Elizabethtown, KY, Marianne Griffin (John) of Louisville, KY, Gina House of Greenwood, IN, Becky Reynolds (Tim) of Sonora, KY and Brenda Bryer of Glendale, KY; and her brothers, Charles Sullivan of Bonnieville, KY and Dan Sullivan, Jr. of Munfordville, KY. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren.
