He is survived by: his wife Nina Kay Riggs of Sonora, KY.; his children, Timothy Ray Riggs of Sonora, Pamela Kay Brown of Sonora, KY and Shelly King (Brian) of Fort Knox, KY; his siblings, Mae Donna Hornback of Munfordville, KY, Gayle Kerr of Sonora, KY and Anthony Puckett of Sonora; and his grandchildren, Sandra, Timothy, Ashley, Amber and Natalee. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
