She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Debra Smith, James Adkins and Michael Duvall. She is survived by: her mother Vanessa Smith (Chris) of Her; her cousin Nevaeh Powers; and her siblings, Adrianna Smith, Kirsten Smith, Allie Pullen, Malachi Smith and Case Pullen.
Kalegh was able to save lives through organ donation and we could not be more proud of our little hero.
