She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hornsby and Lucille Clark Hornsby; and her siblings, William Hornsby and Faye Cox. She is survived by: her husband Howard Gene Cox; her children, Jamie Cox (Emily), Loretta Kelly (Frank) and Elizabeth Whitaker (Lewis); her sisters, Mary Ann Cox (Joe), Pam Portman and Janet Banda; and her grandchildren, Austin Cox, Brandon Cox, Jessica Cox, Courtney Cox and Tiffany Cox. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
