He is survived by: his wife Mabel Hornback of Sonora, KY.; his children, Russell Steven Hornback (Carol Ann) of Elizabethtown, KY, Marty Hornback (Lisa) of Elizabethtown, KY, Mona Stiles (Tommy) of Rineyville, KY, Debbie Donnelly (Ed) of Elizabethtown, KY, Martha Lopez of Sonora, KY and Robbie Chitwood of Prospect, KY; and his siblings, Laverne Carby of White Mills, KY, Darlene Floyd of Clarkson, KY, Delores Crane of Elizabethtown, KY, Norman Hornback of Sonora, KY and Johnny Hornback of Sonora, KY.. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
