He was predeceased by: his parents, James Todd and Lee Etta Todd; and his brothers, Doyle Todd, Donnie Todd and Randall Todd.

He is survived by: his significant other Dixie Todd of Sonora, KY.; his children, Alan Todd of Madisonville, KY and Melanie Hagan (Ken) of Versailles, KY; his siblings, Wanda Owens of Louisville, KY and Darrell Todd of Taylorsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Emma Hagan, Noah Hagan and Lily Hagan.
