He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Milburn and Cora Shelton Milburn; and his siblings, Walter Edward Milburn, Alma Frances Miller, Katherine Church, Reva May Edlin, Josephine Riddle and Emma Pearl Jaggers.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Miller Milburn of Sonora; and his sons, Mitchell Milburn of Rineyville and Daniel Gene Milburn of Sonora. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces.
