He is survived by: his wife Martha Hudgins Hornback; his children, Jeff Hornback (Barbara) of Sonora and Jennifer Gardner (Terry) of Sonora; his grandchildren, Megan Nunn (Ray) of Sonora, Ashley Carter (Brett) of Hodgenville, Jarred Gardner (Ashley) of Hodgenville, Keaton Gardner (Amanda Haycraft) of Sonora, Chelsea Davenport (Scott) of Elizabethtown and Skyler Hornback of Sonora; his great grandchildren, Colton, Aven, Harper, Ruby, Hayden, Mattie, Grayson, Emma, Owen, Bennett, Mila, Nolan, Lukas, Hunter and Preslee; his siblings, Cleston Hornback (Eula) of Sonora and Sharon Nunn (Larry) of Magnolia; and his brother-in-law Everett Priddy (Linda) of Danville.
