She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Dallas Fields, Sr.; her daughter Patricia Ann Hornback; her parents, Oliver Wallace and Anna Mae Yates Priddy; and her siblings, Odessa Hornback and Hester Priddy.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Dean Voris (Ronald) of Sonora, Cathy Jean of Sonora, Robertson Fields of Sonora, Peggy Lynn Fields (Avinash Yadav) of Prospect, Raymond Dallas "June" Fields, Jr. of Sonora and Jesse Douglas Fields (Honey) of Glasgow; and her sisters, Elinora White of Nashville and Geneva Shuffett of Greensburg. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
