He is survived by: his wife Hester Tharp Fulkerson; his son Joe Dale Fulkerson (Alley) of Rineyville; his siblings, Betty Walters (Mike) of Upton, Judy Waugh (Mike) of Upton, Becky Vertrees (Mark) of Upton, Lisa Patterson (Brad) of Sonora, Kenny Fulkerson (Rita) of Sonora, Larry Fulkerson (Roslyn) of Upton and Ronnie Fulkerson (Angela) of Upton; and his grandchildren, Jesse Fulkerson and Logan Fulkerson.
