He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kenny Fulkerson and Steven Fulkerson. He is survived by: his parents, Herley Fulkerson and Clara Winchel Fulkerson of Sonora, KY; and his siblings, Glenda Fulkerson of Sonora, KY and Michael Fulkerson (Mariette).
