He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ramsey and Lettie Williams Ramsey; his wife Shirley Eastridge Ramsey; his daughter Alica Kay Hornback; and his siblings, Russell Ramsey, Henry Chester Ramsey, Donald Ramsey, Ruel Gary Ramsey, Jerry Ramsey, Randall Ramsey, Frances Ramsey, Martha Ireland, Betty Opal Priddy and Rudelle Klinglesmith.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Lile (Mike) of Elizabethtown, KY; his siblings, James Ramsey of Hodgenville, KY and Madeline Grieb (Werner) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Christian Cannon (Matt), Caitlyn Farrow (Cory), Kelli Lile and Kristen Lile; his son-in-law Kenny Hornback; and his great grandchildren, Kathryn Petty, Lathan Farrow, Abel Farrow and Sutton Farrow.
