He is survived by: his parents, Tony Starkey and Carol (Sinkes); his children, Brooklyn Jenkins of North Vernon, Ava Jenkins of North Vernon, Emorie Jenkins of North Vernon, Tyson Jenkins of North Vernon, Bryson Mefford of North Vernon and Kyzer Jenkins of North Vernon; his girlfriend Chelsey Grunden of North Vernon; his stepson Parker Grunden of North Vernon; his stepmother Tasha Bowling; his siblings, Brock Starkey (Shalee Calderon) of North Vernon, Kacia Jenkins and Meagan Sorenson (Travis) of North Vernon; his grandchild Kinsley Abshear of North Vernon; and his aunts and uncles, Sherry Eaton (Paul) of North Vernon, Teresa Sinkes of North Vernon, Kerry Wisner (Steve) of North Vernon, Scot Starkey (Alice) of North Vernon, Lora Vanosdol (Roger) of North Vernon, Tim Sinkes (Dawn) of Arizona, Lynetta Jenkins of Clarksville and Angie Bruce of London, Kentucky.
