He is survived by: his wife Heather Eaker; his parent Connie Avery; his daughters, Baylee Eaker of Somerset and Victoria Eaker of Somerset; his parents-in-law, Christina and Robert Martin of Nancy; his stepsiblings, David Avery Jr. of Nevada and Tammy Avery (Robbie Martin) of Missouri; his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Martin (Bronson McKenzie) of Somerset, James Treash of Nancy and Wesley Treash (Brittany Fields) of Nancy; his nieces, Makayla Treash, Maleya Treash, Brooklyn Dishon and Kenzleigh Dishon; his nephew Ahziah Treash; and his close friend Erica Langdon of Somerset.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
