He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Eldridge and Erma Halcomb Eldridge; his wife Elma B. Eldridge; and his siblings, Dallas Eldridge, Donald Eldridge, Clayton Eldridge and Cora Lou Eldridge.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Dwayne Eldridge (Freda) of Newark, OH, Willard Eldridge (Betsy) of Virginia Beach, VA and Virginia Carol Wright (Terry) of Berea, KY; his sisters, Betty Mullins of Stanford, KY and Lois Yocum of McKinney, KY; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Eldridge, Natoshia Wilson, Sherry Ann Taylor, William A. Eldridge, Gregory L. Eldridge, Michael D. Eldridge, Christine Jane Eldridge, Joshua Wright and Makenzie Wright. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other family members.
