He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sisters, Glenda B. Wilson (Brinkley), Wilma Hughes (Linville) and Ella Jane B. Hasty (Janey); his sister-in-law Justine Brinkley; his nieces and nephews, David Brinkley (Jennifer), Michael Hasty, Bruce Wilson (Sharon), George Wilson (Renee), Mark Wilson, Gerry Lynn Latham (Phillip), James "Jim" and Jennifer Hughes; his great-nephews, James Brinkley Hughes (Angie) and Jeremiah Hughes (Dessie); his great-niece Chloe Hughes; and also, A. J. Hughes, Colt and Cayd Hughes. He is also survived by his family, a host of friends.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to The Bobbitt Cemetery Fund.
