She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Jackson and Eula Herrin Jackson; her husband Jack Phelps; and her siblings, Dennis, Gordon Jackson and Jackie Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Phelps (Darla) of Cincinnati, OH and Patricia Klepper (Eddie) of Somerset, KY; her sister Carolyn Hackney of Eubank, KY; her grandchildren, Eric Klepper (Stephanie) and Linsey Gaspar; and her great grandchild Kensley Gaspar.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pulaski Humane Society.
