She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Ruth Jackson; her children, John Daniel Lewis of Cumberland, KY, Jennifer Schwenke (Matt) of London, KY and Angie George (Rob) of Simpsonville, SC; her siblings, Lenora Sizemore (Martin) of Hyden, KY, Margaret Jackson of Manchester, KY, Martha Ann Smith (Ronnie) of Manchester, KY, Wally Jackson (Faye) of Manchester, KY and Woody Jackson (Yvette) of Manchester, KY; her grandchildren, Kathryn George, Makayla George, Mary George, Sydney Schwenke, Willow Schwenke, Chloe Schwenke, Jacob Schwenke and Caleb Schwenke; her close friend Christine Whittaker of Somerset, KY; her husband John B. Johnson; and her grandparents, Dan Maggard and Martha Maggard.
