He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harper and Sarah Elza Bray Harper; and his siblings, Thedford Harper, Theressa Harper Abbott, Thelmer Harper, Thelma Harper, Theodore Harper, Talmadge Harper, Thera Harper Perkins, Thena Harper and Theron Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Weddle Harper of Somerset; his children, Terry Harper (Rhonda) of Danville, Tammy Epperson (Kenny) of Somerset and Tonya McClellan of Monticello; his grandchildren, Emily Mankin (Stephen), Keely Laign (Spencer), Lindsey Reliford (Corey), Tiffany Harper, Brandon McClellan (Sammie), Michael McClellan (Heather) and Michael Sutherland (Laura); his great grandchildren, Draven, Lakelynn, Davey, Hudson McClellan, Ozzie McClellan, Hannah Patton (Nicholas) and Gavin Southerland; and his great great grandchild Nash Patton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family members, friends and neighbors.
