It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Jasper (Somerset, Kentucky), who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John O. Jasper; her parents, Claude Daulton and Zula Daulton (Mayfield); her siblings, Elva Darlene, Linda Turner (Frank) and Gerald Daulton (Jean); her daughters, Krysta Sizemore (Bob) and Kimberly Jasper; her grandson John "Spike" Gregory (Melia); her sons-in-law, Harry S. Cummins and Gregory; and her great great grandchild Onyx Garlandios.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Cummins and Beverly Jasper (Joe-Austin); her grandchildren, Fonda Williams, Logan Baker, Angela Cockefair (Randy), Tiffany Shadoan, Erica Jasper (Matt) and Jessica Luster (Jaime); her great grandchildren, Faren Mains, Jeffrey "Rowdy" Williams (Lauren), Cheyenne Williams, Caleb Shadoan, Jace Pettyjohn, Katelyn Jasper, Kristopher Garlandios, Bellamy Gregory, Ryder Mink, Tripp Phillippi, Jerrica Flynn, Karalee Luster, Cricket Luster, Kadi-Jane Gibson and Jamie Frank Gibson; and her great great grandchildren, Myonna Taylor, Kaiden Wilson, Nevaeh Shadoan, Scarlett Stamper, Carter Holly and Harper Evvie Kay Holly.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
