Shirley Harris Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Harris of Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on March 8, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Mink and Ella Mink; and her sister Ruby Mink. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Harris; her children, Darwin Harris (Lisa) of Somerset and Delana Harris of Somerset; her granddaughter Shelbie Harris of Somerset; and her siblings, Betty Cox of Goose Creek, SC., Wilda Poff of Ocala, FL., Barbara Burdine of Plainfield, Margie Flatt of Somerset, Don Mink of Indianapolis, IN., Morris Mink of Somerset, Conley Mink of Somerset and Dennis Mink of Somerset. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Harris Family Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
