He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie Mills and Sarah Jane Merida Mills; his wife Bonnie Sue Poynter Mills; and his brother Matt Mills. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Mills (Cristy) of Somerset and Travis Mills (Amy Caldwell) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Zachary Mills, Gabriel Mills, Marcus Mills, Elijah Mills, Isaac Mills, Blayne Mills, Emmie Mills and Ronni Mills; his siblings, Lonnie Mills (Peggy) of Willamsburg, KY, Rick Mills (Mona), Junior Mills of Corbin, KY and Bonnie Marion (Leo) of Corbin; and his close friend Ed Fowler of Georgetown, KY. He is also survived by extended family members, neighbors and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80 BUS, Somerset, KY 42503).
