He was predeceased by: his father Donald East; and his brother David Dwane East. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Smith (Burkhart); and his siblings, Donnie East (Charlotte), Tony East (Melissa), Johnny East (Kim), Chris East (Amy), Patsy Blevins, Kathy Alley, Patty Hicks and Susan Upchurch.
