He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Cox, Jr. and Phyllis Martin Walbeck; his stepfather Donald Walbeck; his significant other Madeline Dailey; and his nephew Terry Tingle.
He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Murphy (Gayle) of Pleasureville, KY; his sisters, Tammy Miles (Freddie) of Waddy, KY and Susan Satterly (Junior) of Lawrenceburg, KY; his grandchildren, Raiden, Bryant and Emmett; and his close friend Roger Early (Cindy Correll).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donation be made to the Kosair Children's Hospital or an organization for Children's Miracle Network.
