We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2025, at the age of 97, Regina Barker (Somerset, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Rogers and Ruth Molen Rogers; her husband John William Barker; and her siblings, Betty Rogers, Geneva Branscum, Isa Nell Sumpter, Anna Mae Simpson, Frankie Rogers and Billy Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Donna (Joe), Russell (Linda) and Wayne (Sherry); and her sister Illene Muse.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pulaski Funeral Home (165 KY-2227, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Main Chapel (165 KY-2227, Somerset, KY 42503).
Donna requests that any donations be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland in memory of Regina Barker, and also would like to express her appreciation to all Nurses and Staff at Somerwoods Nursing & Rehab and Hospice of Lake Cumberland for the professional care that each and everyone gave her mother.
