He was predeceased by: his sister Neva Satterfield. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Battles; his children, Dean Battles and Rene Hobbs of Somerset; his grandchildren, Ryan Hobbs and Rechel Hobbs; and his great grandchild Logan Hobbs of Michigan.
