She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edwin Sears and Dorothy Mae Burton Sears; her husband Lonnie E. Girdler; and her siblings, Oreida Freeman, Jimmy Sears, Zane Sears and Sammy Sears.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Gene Girdler (Jennifer) of Somerset, Edward Alonzo Girdler (Donna) of Somerset and Jillissa Gail Girdler (Richard Kelley) of Somerset; her siblings, Robert Sears (Trottle) of Ohio, Lemuel Sears of Tateville, Steve, Deirdre Sears of South Carolina, Mike Sears (Vanessa) of Somerset, Frank Sears of Somerset, Wanda Sears Harbour of Somerset and Joan Norton of Somerset; her grandchildren, Katelynn Girdler, Ethan Girdler, Andrew Girdler, Joseph and Brittany Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Trenton Crabtree, Treydon Crabtree, Willow, Wesley Brown and Layton Anderson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Somerset Undertaking Co (113 N Main St, Somerset, KY 42501). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Somerset Undertaking Company and Crematory (113 N Main St, Somerset, KY 42501). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the West Cemetery (511 W Columbia St, Somerset, KY 42501).
