The memory of Norma Dean Putteet of Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on March 18, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison L. Childers and Goldia King Childers; her son Jerry Todd Putteet; her brother Emby Childers; and her granddaughter BriLee Kay Putteet.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Lee Putteet, Kristina Putteet Smith (Jimmy D. Jr.) of Somerset and Melissa R. Putteet (Jack New) of Somerset; her siblings, Millard Childers (Alice) of Science Hill, Harrison L. Childers Jr. of Somerset, Nona L. Beneke (Tom) of Somerset, Sue Lockard of Bronston and Zona A. Roberts (Stan) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Bailey Putteet, Peyton Putteet, Kyndal Putteet, Matthew Lee Putteet, MacKenzie Putteet (Nik Schultz) and Lilee Alexander; and her great grandchild Sadie Mae Schultz.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Baptist Church (2135 Oak Hill Rd, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
