She is survived by: her sons, Charles Ottie Carter (Melissa) of Somerset and Doyle C. Carter (Kathy) of Somerset; her son-in-law Tim Mobbs; her grandchildren, Eric L. Carter (Lori), Ross Carter (Emily), Rachel Carter (Daniel Drury), Tandra J. Carter Tori (Dennis Krages), Chad Mobbs (Rheagan Catron) and Cheyenne Bowling; and her great grandchildren, Brianne Carter Frye (Taylor), Taylor Leanne Carter, Hannah Carter, Aubrey Downey, Olivia Clark, Ava Cochran, Nora Halcomb, Dylan Krages, Raylyn Krages and Wyatt Dean Krages.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
