He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletis C. Hall and Dolores Napier Hall; and his brothers, Jerry Hall and Kenny Hall. He is survived by: his wife Terry Lynn Hall; his daughter Emma Lynn Hall of Somerset, KY.; his grandson-in-law Hudson Ryder Hartmann; his uncle Delbert Ray Hall of Somerset, KY.; and his close friends, Jimmy Cook and Earl Mounce of Somerset. He is also survived by his sister in laws, one niece, and several nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Baptist Church (2135 Oak Hill Rd, Somerset, KY 42503). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
