She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Foster and Mabel Foster; and her siblings, Edward Foster (Cleophas), Thomas Fosster (Janice), Ann Payne and Martha Hamilton (Donnie).
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Whitis; her sons, Kenneth Whitis, Jr. and Russell Whitis (Deborah); and her grandchildren, Arlo and Nate Whitis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pulaski Funeral Home (165 KY-2227, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
It is requested that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, 100 Parkway Drive, Somerset, KY 42501.
