He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Turner and Dorothy Lee Brown Turner; and his siblings, Howard Turner, Herman Lee, Nellie Molen, Pauline Wesley, Shirley Colyer, Connie Redding, Flora Mae Hollers and Ruth Ann Wesley.
He is survived by: his daughter Thelma Jean Turner of Somerset; his grandchildren, Amanda Hancock, Dustin Turner and Matthew Dobbs; and his sisters, Peggy Sumner of Science Hill and Anna Mary Colyer. He is also survived by extended family members, neighbors, church family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
