She was predeceased by: her parents, Onie Meece and Zelma Meece (Waters); her husband Paul E. Evans; and her siblings, Carroll Meece and Joyce Beck.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Claunch, Tina Duncan (Tom) of Fort Walton Beach, FL. and Cindy Pumphrey (Patrick); her brother Carl (Jeanette Meece); her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Shania Morris, Alecia Leigh (Chad), Tyler and Cali Pumphrey; her nieces, Kim Cassada and Susan Crouch; her close friend Brenda Patterson; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Dean and Abel.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the New Beginnings Worship Center (1335 Thurman Rd, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Marian Evans Memorial Fund.
