She was predeceased by: her father Robert Fornof. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Fornof; her children, Nickoli Scrimager, Ashley Steele and Elizabeth Butler; and her siblings, Robert "Ed" Fornof, Scott Fornof and Jennifer M. Fornof. She is also survived by extended family members, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeside Memorial Gardens (4790 W, KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
