She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Roberts and Vida Cundiff Roberts; her husband Avery Lando Hatfield; and her siblings, Milburn Roberts, Vertrees Roberts, James Roberts, Teddy Roberts, Marita Pitman, Sue Tarter and Pauline Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Ava Eaves (Mike) of Richmond, KY, Martin Hatfield (Debbie) of Somerset, KY and Teresa Carlson (Andre) of Washington, D. C.; her sister Betty Garner of Somerset, KY; her grandchildren, Madison Hatfield, Mackenzie Hatfield, Jordan Eaves, Morgan Eaves Stefanov, Elliott Carlson and Tyler Carlson; and her son-in-law Chris Carlson of Falls Church, VA. She is also survived by neighbors and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Gideon Bible Memorial Fund or Hospice of Lake Cumberland in memory of Lois Hatfield.
