He is survived by: his close friend Sherri Poirier; his siblings, David Hawk (Carol), Ronnie Hawk (Jill) of Somerset, KY, Tony Hawk of Woodstock, KY, Tim Hawk (Nancy), Belinda Creech (Buddy) of London, KY and Janet Messer of London, KY.; and also, Cody Baker and Ciara Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
