He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Smith and Elizabeth Lohr Smith; and his brother Bruce Smith. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stacy Smith; his children, Paul Anthony Smith (Michelle) and Valerie Johnson (Shannon); his grandchildren, Brittany Johnson (Chris), TJ Johnson and Sidney Johnson (Brent); and his great grandchildren, Carson Stachulski, Cordeilyah Johnson, Henlee Keith and Zaber Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hindman Funeral Services (619 Hindman Bypass, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
