He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ronald, Lucille Phelps and Nathan Johnson; and his uncle Larry Phelps Jessie. He is survived by: his parents, Tony Phelps and Garnedia Johnson Phelps; his brother Dustin Phelps; his nieces and nephews, Selena, Mary Wilson, Perry Reed and Mason Hooper; his grandmother Judy Johnson (Keith); and his uncles, Steve Phelps (Lisa), James Phelps and Derrick Johnson. He is also survived by cousins, extended family.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home (165 KY-2227, Somerset, KY 42503).
In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Pulaski Funeral Home in loving Memory of Mr. Johnson Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the family of Mr. Jessie Lee Johnson.
