He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Myer Putteet, Jr. and Norma Dean Childers Putteet; and his niece BriLee Kay Putteet. He is survived by: his siblings, Brian Lee Putteet of Somerset, Kristina P. Smith (Jimmy) of Somerset and Melissa R. Putteet (Jack New) of Somerset; his nephew Matthew Lee Putteet; his nieces, Bailey Putteet, Peyton Putteet, Kyndal Putteet, MacKenzie Putteet (Nik Schultz) and Lilee Alexander; and his great-niece Sadie Mae Schultz.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oak Hill Baptist Church (2135 Oak Hill Rd, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Jerry Todd Putteet Memorial Fund, C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
