He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Clemons; his children, Mark Randall Clemons (Jeannette) of Somerset, KY, Rhomona Kay Tuttle of Gibraltar, MI and Lisa Marie Clemons of Trenton, MI; his siblings, Joe Clemons (Susan) of Morristown, TN, Gary Isaac (Kolanda) of Durango, CO, Karen Shumate of Somerset, KY and Carol Boudle (Paul) of Augusta, GA; his sisters-in-law, Katie Isaac of Versailles, KY and Beth Johnson of Bevinsville, KY; his grandchildren, Kylie Sparks and Brenton Clemons; and his great grandchildren, Camden Sparks and Weston Sparks.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
