He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lloyd Allen Todd, Barbara Thompson and Brenda Adams. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Todd and Gay Jacklyn Bales (William); his granddaughter Megan Renee Garrison (Kyle); his great grandchild Abigail Garrison; and his brother Jerry Delano Todd.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morris & Hislope Funeral Home (5900 US Hwy 27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
