He is survived by: his spouse Ianthe Jean Daugherty (Lee); his daughters, Jennifer Fairchild (Scott) of Richmond and Jessica Melton (James) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Thomas Chandler Fairchild, Reaghan Grace Melton and Hadley Faith Melton; his sisters, Brenda Piper (Jimmy) of Greenville and Sue Elliott (Roger) of Sebree; and his brother-in-law Gary Lee of Mortons Gap, Kentucky.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
