He was predeceased by: his parents, Elta Mae Godsey Blevins and Robert Curtis Blevins; his siblings, Nancy Lee Blevins, Lloyd, James "Jim", Leotis "Lee", David and Jerry Ray "Rabbit" Blevins; his nephew Russell Lee; his great-nephew Eli; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Burkett and Nancy Blevins; and his pet Rosie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Meece, Patsy Burkett, Phyllis Acey (David), Larry (Rhonda) of Somerset and Bobby Gene Blevins of Somerset; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Blevins and Marsha Blevins.
