She is survived by: her children, Darrell Whitaker (Patricia), Jeff Whitaker (Nettie) and Donna Turner (Tommy) of Somerset, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Chris Turner (Dorinda), Daon Creech (Travis), Nicole Blevins (Greg), Heather Whitaker Coffey (Josh Mullins) and Jesse Whitaker; her great grandchildren, Allen Cline, Blake Turner, Allie Blevins, Alex Creech, Tensley Coffey, Addison Blevins, Aizlyn Creech, Tristan Turner, Ansley Blevins and Kenton Turner; her sisters, Nadine Phelps (Wayne Lee) and Jetta Richardson (Wayne); and her siblings-in-law, Edwin Whitaker (Geneva), Charles Whitaker (Wilda) and Sue Whitaker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
