He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jr. Spillman and Velma Spillman (Hines). He is survived by: his wife Francis Spillman (Fran); his sons, Michael Stuart Spillman (Gina) and Matthew Shane Spillman (Jill); his grandchildren, Amanda Jo Holder (Billy), Katieann Olivia Ford (Timothy), Lyndsey Annaliese Spillman, Matthew Elijah Spillman, Simon Noah Bishop Spillman and Benjamin Micha Keith Spillman; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Grace Holder (Abby), James Wyatt Holder and Charles Dean Ford (Charlie).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Shriner's or St Jude Children's Hospital.
